Flagship business card messaging

In 2021, Capital One launched Spark Cash Plus—a new flagship cash back card for small businesses. I collaborated with the product team to define how we would position and market this product among our portfolio of business offerings. After diving into customer research, I developed and wrote claims and messaging that would go on to be used in all marketing and national advertising campaigns for this product. I also wrote the script and assisted in storyboarding for an explainer video about Spark Cash Plus and its core features.
